Q1. We are looking at using your consulting service. How do we go forward?
First, please contact us.
A consulting planner or consultant will hold a meeting with your staff to understand the characteristics of your business and the management issues. They will submit a written proposal concerning the most appropriate approach. After a review and adjustment of the proposal, and the signing of a contract, we will provide you with our consulting support.

Q2. From which point is a consulting fee charged?
After you contact us regarding our services, we conduct one or two reviews or discussions then submit a written proposal. After this point, we charge a consulting fee.
A fee is charged from the point at which you request the consulting service and an agreement is reached in the form of a mutual contract.
A consulting fee may be charged in the planning phase where we officially conduct interviews with interested parties and propose a comprehensive reform scenario, such as a preliminary diagnosis to identify the scope of reform.

Q3. What type of people are JMAC consultants?
Most of our consultants are JMAC employees.
In JMAC Global, 500 consultants are providing support for companies each day.
In addition, we have about 100 advisory partners with experience in corporate management who may support your needs.

JMAC recruits staff as needed.
JMAC places great value on understanding, experience and expertise in practical business as the basis of its consulting service. Therefore, we recruit experienced people throughout the year.

Q6. What is the difference between the Japan Management Association and JMA Consultants?
JMAC is a joint-stock company in the business of consulting.
The Japan Management Association was established in 1942. The Consulting Department within this Association became independent in 1980 as JMA Consultants Inc.
Currently there are 500 employees globally including 350 employees in JMAC Tokyo.
